In such circumstances, you shall be liable to pay additional charges, if any, as a result of your modified itinerary. Until the booking is confirmed, there is no guarantee of the displayed prices and the same might change.

9. If the reservation is not confirmed due to any reason whatsoever, the third party supplier shall make the refund of any amount charged from you and Aeroworld will not be liable to make another booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking made earlier or compensate for the same.

10. Aeroworld shall be responsible for any act of omission or default on part of its employees. However Aeroworld will not accept any liability for any technical errors, unauthorized access of your personal information, inaccurate information provided by third party suppliers or any delay/ inconvenience caused due to any event or circumstances which is beyond its control.

Prices and Fares

The price displayed to you is inclusive of the Flight fares, taxes and surcharge. The total of these values is displayed as the final booking amount. The taxes included in the flight price includes only the pre paid taxes and you shall pay certain taxes and surcharge, which are not pre payable, directly to the airline. Kindly note that the flight prices displayed are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Airfare is guaranteed only when your booking has been confirmed, amount is charged to your credit card and you receive a confirmation email from us.

Amendment and Cancellations

You can make amendments or cancel your bookings provided the reservation made by you is refundable. The Airline Policy with respect to modification and cancellation will be displayed to you at the time of booking. However amendment is subject to availability. Certain airlines charge some cancellation fees also. A modification/ Cancellation charge will be levied by Aeroworld and it will be in addition to any amount passed on to us from our third party supplier like Airline or Hotel.

Flight Rescheduling

It is advised that you reconfirm your flight itenary with the respective airline before your travel unless specifically informed by the airline. Aeroworld shall not be responsible for any flight rescheduling.

Prepaid Hotel Bookings

Hotel rates displayed by Aeroworld on aerobookings.com include special room rates negotiated by Aeroworld with the hotels plus applicable taxes and service charges that are retained by Aeroworld as a compensation for facilitating your bookings. By making booking on aerobookings.com, you acknowledge and agree that Aeroworld can charge the Total Price which consists of Room Rate, Taxes and Aeroworld's service fee from you.

Based on your reservation request, Aeroworld will arrange for your reservation with the hotel, including arranging for the payments with the hotel suppliers.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you shall be charged with modification or cancellation fees as applicable. However you should modify or cancel your reservation before the period enumerated in the cancellation policy of the hotel (generally within 24 to 72 hrs prior of your date of checkin) you have reserved.
