I want to make a booking. What should I do?

There are several ways in which you can book with Aerobookings:

  • Visit us online at to make your travel bookings and hotel reservations
  • Connect with our support executives over phone or email to assist you with your bookings
  • Email us your travel plans at and we will revert back
  • Meet us in person at our office (For office address, visit our contact us page)

Bookings for how many people can be made online?

Online bookings for a maximum of number of passengers (all above 2 years of age) can be made. In case you wish to book for infants (below 2 years), the number of infants cannot exceed the number of adults travelling.

Do I need to buy tickets for infant (below 2 year)?

Yes, you are required to purchase tickets for infants also. However please note that each infant must be accompanied by an adult.

The price charged for the infant varies depending on the airline.

How far in advance can I book online?

You can book days in advance from your travel date.

How will I receive intimation for my booking confirmation?

Once the booking transaction has been completed and the payment for the same has been charged from you, you shall receive a confirmation email which will include your itinerary details and e-Ticket.

What is an e-Ticket ?

An e-ticket (Electronic Ticket) is a paperless ticket issued by the airline wherein a unique number for the booking is issued by the airline. In case you wish to use e-Ticket for the travel, do carry your valid photo � id proof along with the e-ticket.

How do I receive my e-Ticket?

Your e-Ticket is sent on your communication email ID once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been charged from you.

What should I do if I did not receive the confirmation email?

In a rare instance, if the amount has been charged from you and you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the spam folder as our email might be classified as a junk mail. In such a case, do not forget to add our email id to the while list to avoid future recurrence. Else contact us immediately at 044 - 2842 0300, 2842 0777 for assistance.

I wish to reserve my seats on the flight at the time of booking. Is this possible?

Selected air carriers provides the facility to reserve the flight seats at the booking itself. To know more about the air carriers that provide this service and to reserve a seat for yourself, contact our customer support team.

By mistake, I have spelled by name wrongly while booking. How do I correct the spelling after booking?

Once the booking has been confirmed, it is not possible to alter the travelers� name or its spelling. In such an instance, you need to cancel the booking and make a new booking with the correct details. However please note that cancellation charges shall apply in such an instance.

The fare displayed at the time of purchase is different from the fare displayed during search. Which fare should be considered as final and why different fares are being displayed?

Aeroworld uses a real time system for retrieving and displaying flight availability and fares. Thus if there is a change in the fare during search and booking, the same is reflected in the system at the time of booking.

Hence the fares displayed at the time of purchase are final and shall be charged from you. We suggest you to recheck the airfare at the time of booking the tickets.

How the boarding pass for my travel is issued?

Once you reach the airport counter, the airline staff representative shall issue the boarding pass for your travel upon producing your travel e-ticket and a valid photo � id proof.

What is my baggage allowance?

The baggage allowance varies depending on the airline carrier. We suggest you to please go through the respective airline terms and conditions with respect to baggage allowance before making the booking.

Airport arrival time for air travel:

In case of domestic travel, report at the counter at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

In case of international travel, the traveler must report at the counter at least 3 hrs before the scheduled departure.

Please note if you fail to reach the airport as per the stipulated time, you may not be allowed to board the aircraft.

What documents are required for my travel?

In case of domestic travel, you must carry the copy of the confirmation email as sent by us along with a valid photo-Id proof.

If case of an international travel, you also need to carry your valid passport. Please ensure that the passenger�s name on the ticket is same as is mentioned in the passport. It is suggested that your passport should be valid for a period of at least six months after the date of your return to the home country.

It is important to ensure that you obtain a transit visa in case your journey includes a transit via a third country. Please contact the respective country's consulate general or embassy to enquire about the transit visa requirements.


What are the available payment options?

Payment can be made through any of the following modes:

  • Credit Card � Master/ Visa
  • Debit Cards � Master/ Visa
  • Demand Draft
  • Pay Order
  • Cash Deposit

However in case of payment through demand draft or pay orders, booking shall be confirmed only on realization of the instrument.

In case of cash deposits, booking shall be confirmed once the deposit has been made.

Whether any additional surcharge is levied on payments made through credit card?

A surcharge of 2.75% shall be levied if the payment is being made through credit card.

What are the steps for membership registration at Aeroworld?

Whether registration is compulsory?

No, it is not mandatory to register with Aeroworld for making your booking and reservations. You can transact with us as a guest visitor also.

No, for registering with Aeroworld, you need not pay any amount. You only need to pay for what you purchase at Aeroworld.

How do I log into my account?

To login, visit and click on the login link available on the homepage. Simply enter your login credentials in the provided space and submit.

If I forget my password, how do I retrieve it?

To obtain a new password for your account, visit the Sign in section, click on the �Forgot Password� link available in the Sign In page and enter your registered email Id. We will email you a new password.

Can I reset my account password?

You can change your account password in the change password page once you log into your account.

How can I amend my account information?

Simply log into your account and visit the edit account page available in the My Account section. Once you have made the desired changes, make sure that you click on the �Save� button to save the details.

I missed my flight. How much refund I am entitled to?

In case of a domestic travel, % shall be refunded. However in case of international travel, no refunds are possible.

How do I get my refund for the cancelled tickets?

The refund amount will be credited to the same account that was used to make the booking. However the applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the balance amount will be credited to you.

What are the timelines for getting the refund?

The refund amount shall be credited to your account within working days.

Hotel Reservations and Cancellations

I have made a hotel reservation. How will I receive the intimation?

Once your hotel reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email to your communication email id stating the details of your booking.

How much time in advance can I make my hotel reservations?

You can make your hotel reservations up to six months in advance.

Is it possible to modify/ cancel my hotel bookings?

The modification and cancellation policy varies with hotel. Please contact our customer care executives and we shall be able to assist you.

Are there any cancellation charges for hotel cancellations?

Certain cancellation charges may be levied from you depending on the hotel. Contact our customer care executives to know about the applicable charges on your cancellation.
